For our kick off event we welcomed Sylvie Verbruggen to discuss empathic leadership.
Sylvie is a marketer with 15+ years of experience in building value accretive consumer propositions. She is a creative and innovative thinker facilitating disruptive processes leading to future technologies, products, customer experiences and business models.
In her current role, as MD consumer strategy, Sylvie is responsible to search for consumer trends and insights and translate them into the products, services and experiences for the day after tomorrow. Before joining Liberty Global she was VP Brand, media and communications at Telenet. She started her passion for consumer, innovation and creative thinking in the advertising industry where she had commercial and strategic functions for clients in FMCG, telco, financial services and the media.
Sylvie was the ideal candidate to kick of the Breakfast Sessions as she has an unique combination of strengths to inspire and motivate individuals to take on bold missions.
